What is HTML?


HTML is a language for describing web pages.You can make your website. HTML is used to create web pages.A set of web pages make website. There is no need of software to make web page. You can use any text editor (like notepad, word pad )

* HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language
* HTML is not a programming language, it is a markup language
* A markup language is a set of markup tags
* HTML uses markup tags to describe web pages

HTML Tags

HTML markup tags are usually called HTML tags

* HTML tags are keywords surrounded by angle brackets like
* HTML tags normally come in pairs like and
* The first tag in a pair is the start tag, the second tag is the end tag
* Start and end tags are also called opening tags and closing tags

HTML Documents = Web Pages

* HTML documents contain HTML tags and plain text

Hello, this is my 1st post on blog. Created on Saturday,17 September.
Time 5:35pm.
The name of blog SAYAPA BLOG derived from punjabi word SAYAPA which means a PROBLEM. I dont know why take this name. But i find different so i choose it. :P
I will Share here about whatever i know and some things which are important.
